Florida Mortgage Rates – Morning Report

by Florida's #1 Mortgage Planner on June 25, 2008

Locking Stance:  LOCKING     Mortgage Bonds:  -16bp

Mortgage bonds are already headed lower today on the anticipation of the Fed’s decision.  The consensus is that they will leave rates unchanged and, like on I mentioned on Agent Genius, that will likely send bonds on the next leg down, pushing rates higher.

There was some data today, mostly in line with expectations, but none are "moving" the markets as all eyes remain focused on this afternoon’s release, so stay tuned and I will get you the market’s reaction after the decision hits the airwaves on this "Fed Day".
