Florida Mortgage rates – FED Decision

Locking Stance: LOCKING    Mortgage Bonds: -25bp

Well, apparently the markets were ahead of the game and started dropping before the Fed released their decision.  As expected, they kept the rates unchanged, which is nice since they can’t get any lower without paying banks to take the money.  The Policy Statement is a little different, and I will break that down extensively over at Florida Mortgage Report in a moment.

What does this mean for Florida Mortgage rates?  Simply put, they are headed higher.
